Today, shareholders established the Foton Consolidation P.S.A. The company’s share capital amounts to PLN 14,000,000.
The newly established company will be engaged in the implementation of system cablepooling and direct line solutions, as well as the integration of RES sources and systems.
Investment in clean energy. Renewable energy sources continue to grow in Poland. Currently, the leaders in the amount of green energy generated are photovoltaics and wind energy. Foton Novelty Group S.A. – a company closely related to the RES industry – has been effectively promoting and encouraging investment in Renewable Energy Sources for 10 years. Foton Group’s main specialty is the design and construction of solar power plants. Foton Novelty plans to focus on further sectors and technologies – biomass, biogas plants and cable pooling, which allow different RES sectors to work together and thus allow more efficient generation and use of green energy.
