Information on the merger of companies

Please be advised that on September 30, 2021 there was a merger of the following companies: Novelty OZE Group Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Szczecin with FOTON-Elektrownie Słoneczne i Magazyny Energii S.A. based in Szczecin, by transferring all assets of Novelty OZE Group Sp. z o.o. at FOTON- Elektrownie Słoneczne i Magazyny Energii S.A. 

As a result of the above-mentioned merger, the acquired company, ie Novelty OZE Group Sp. z o.o. ceased to exist and the company the acquirer, i.e. FOTON-Elektrownie Słoneczne i Magazyny Energii S.A., became the legal successor of the acquired company, assuming all rights and obligations on 30/09/2021. 

At the same time, the acquiring company, i.e. FOTON-Elektrownie Słoneczne i Magazyny Energii S.A. changed its name to FOTON NOVELTY GROUP S.A.
